SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.
SASSA will likely be rendering services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency mentioned it is alarmed about the large amount of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA more info services.
“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The services point established for intervention ordeals a high inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with read more the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a status sassa service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to allow the servicing of all customers and maximize entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
